Marva Dinwiddie
Owner and Director of Bella Rose Academy
She is a believer, wife, and mother of 3 wonderful children. She has been in early childhood education for 21 years as a teacher, assistant director, and owner/director. She received her degree in child development and continues ongoing education classes and training yearly. She has a passion for making learning fun and exciting for the children in her center and also offering a warm, fun, and creative environment for families and teachers.
Tina Ivy
Assistant Director
She has 20 years of experience working with children and has an associate’s degree in early childhood education. She enjoys creating and implementing classroom curriculum and helping children learn from their environment. She has been married 27 years and is the mother of 2 adult children. She enjoys being outside, gardening, and hiking.
Alasha Crawford
ACADEMY SUPERVISOR
Alasha Crawford is a Supervisor and the Pre-K teacher. She has been with Bella Rose since 2010. She completed her Certificate of Mastery in child development and is currently working on completing her Associate’s degree in early childhood education. She enjoys reading, watching Netflix, and hanging out with family and friends.
Stephanie Long-Burnett
ACADEMY SUPERVISOR
Stephanie Burnett is a supervisor with Bella Rose Academy. She has been working with children for 18 years and has her certificate of mastery in early childhood education. She enjoys seeing all the smiling faces every morning and loves to watch each child grow and learn new things. She has 3 children of her own, ages 12, 15, and 18 and has been married for almost 19 years. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family and help out whenever she can.
Shelby Hudson

Shelby is the School Age teacher, floater, and van driver. She has been in childcare for 9 years and enjoys art and creative projects. Her hobby is furniture rehab and painting. She is mom to Kolby and Jame
Briana Parvin

Brianna Parvin is the Infant Teacher of Bella Rose Academy. She is a single mom of two beautiful young children. She has been teaching within child care for over 4 years throughout all age groups. Brianna is currently going to school for a degree in elementary education as well as ongoing child development courses and training. She believes in kindness and compassion as well as the importance of education at all ages. Her goal is to provide a safe space for all children and peace of mind for their parents and guardians with open communication and support.
Julia Dumanas

Julia Dumanas is the Two’s teacher. She has been in childcare for 1 1/2 years. She is currently taking classes for her CDA and Certificate of Mastery in child development and then will continue to work towards her Associate degree. she is married, has a 6-month-old son, and she loves to run in her free time.
Janice Bowen

Janice Bowen has been in child care since 2003, where she has taught in the infant and toddler classrooms. She is also a licensed cosmetologist who enjoys hairstyling in her spare time. She is married and has 4 children.

Kaylie Batacao has been teaching at Bella Rose for 4 years. She started in High School and is currently an education major in college. Her enthusiasm for the children and energetic personality keeps the children engaged and having fun! She teaches a youth group at her church and enjoys hanging out with friends and family in her spare time.
Carion Moore

Carion Moore is the Preschool teacher and has been in childcare for over 30 years. She has taught in Head Start and was a center Director in Florida. She is passionate about children and sharing love and warmth in her classroom. She enjoys spending time with her family and having fun with her great granddaughter!
